Saudi Arabia Business Visa

Business visa is Issued to those who intend to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for commercial and trade activities.

Saudi Arabia Work Visa

Work visa is issued to those who intend to work in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis.

Saudi Arabia Family Visa

Family visa is issued to those who are family members of Saudi citizens and intend to go to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a family visit.

Saudi Arabia Residence Visa

Residence visa is issued to those who intend to settle permanently in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia Business Visa Requirements for United Kingdom Citizen:

Passport

The passport must:

• Be valid for six months beyond the expiry date of the visa.
• Have at least three consecutive blank visa pages
• Be machine readable
• Not contain any Israeli stamp

Photograph

Two photographs must:

• Be taken within the last six months.
• Be taken against white background.
• Be coloured.
• Be 35mm by 45mm in size
• You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes

Saudi Arabia Application form

This Application form must be:

• Printed out
• Completed in black ink only
• Completed in block capitals only and signed

Letter of invitation

This letter must:

• Be issued by Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Specify UK company name matching the letterhead of the UK Letter of Employer
• Have been issued within six weeks before the visa application date
• A copy of invitation letter is acceptable

Letter of UK employer

This letter must:

• Be on company letter headed paper
• Be original
• Be stamped, dated and signed by the head of department
• Specify the company's registration number and the applicant's job title
• State the applicant's name, passport no., nationality, and invitation number
 
• State the reason for travel and travel dates
• Confirm financial responsibility for the applicant
• Be stamped by a UK Chamber of Commerce

Medical insurance


• The Saudi Embassy requires all applications to be submitted with a medical insurance policy.
• Star Visa Services may obtain the medical insurance policy on your behalf when completing the visa registration procedure.
• Please complete the Saudi Medical Insurance Order Form

Important Notes

• Completed visas cannot be changed or extended once they have been issued.
• The Embassy's decision is final and cannot be disprove by Star Visa Services.
In an emergency the Embassy may return the passport, but the process will be cancelled.
• Applicants are only permitted to hold one valid Saudi visa at any time.
• Applicants whose nationality differs from their country of birth and who have not held a previous nationality must provide a legalised copy of their birth certificate proving this.
• Applicants who would like Star Visa Services to support with the certification of their Letter of employer from the British Chamber of Commerce are advised that the additional processing time of one working day must be added to processing time of their visa to ensure planned departure dates can be met.
