Visa to Ghana from UK with Star Visa Services

Ghana Business Visa

Business visa is Issued to those who intend to go to Ghana for commercial and trade activities. These include making sales or establishing contacts on behalf of a company, business negotiations, attending business meetings, expeditions and conferences.

Ghana Tourist Visa

Tourist visa is issued to those who intend to go to Ghana as tourists, for reasons of recreation, sightseeing and casual visit to meet friends.

Ghana Business Visa Requirements for United Kingdom Citizen

Passport

The applicant's passport must:

• Be valid for six months beyond the expiry date of the visa.
• Have at least three consecutive blank visa pages 
• Be machine readable
• Not contain any Israeli stamp

Photograph

The photograph must:

• Be taken within the last three months.
• Be taken against white background.
• Be 35 mm x 45 mm in size.

Please note:
Please do not use stapler when attaching the photograph to the application.

Application Form

The application form must:

• be completed online, choosing an appointment date and time that allows for your documents to reach us, and selecting "Pay at the counter" as the payment type.
• be signed and dated.
• ensure that the visa type selected on the online form matches the visa type requested.
• Please ensure that once the form has been completed, you print out the following components from the online portal and include them with the rest of your application pack:
• The "Appointment Details" cover sheet.
• The "Visa Payment Slip" where the applicant has paid the visa fee online by selecting.
• "Card Payment at Counter".
• The fully completed Visa Application Form in duplicate (2 copies).

Invitation letter

The applicant's invitation letter must:

• Be addressed to the Ghana High Commission, 104 Highgate Hill, London N6 5HE.
• Be on company letterhead paper
• Include the name of the applicant
• State the purpose of journey
• Match the Business Introduction Letter with regards to the requested number of entries and the length of visa required where a Business Introduction Letter is requested
• Bear the stamp of the inviting company
• Bear the signature of the inviting party
• Please note: Copy is acceptable.

Letter from UK employer

The letter of employer must:

• Be on company letterhead paper.
• Be addressed to the Ghana High Commission, 104 Highgate Hill, London N6 5HE.
• Include the name of the applicant.
• Include the nationality of the applicant.
• Include the date of birth of the applicant.
• Include the passport number of the applicant.
• Include the issue and expiry date of the applicant's passport.
• Include the location and dates of the planned visit.
• Include the purpose of journey.
• Be original

Yellow fever certificate

The vaccination certificate must be:

• One copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate.

Proof of travel arrangements 

This must be:

• A copy of the flight confirmation showing each applicant's name and the onward/return travel.

Yellow fever certificate

The vaccination certificate must be:

• One copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate.
